Office Hours

Our office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during the week. Scheduled appointments are available from 8:00 a.m. through 11:45 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. through 3:45 p.m.

Saturday Hours

Saturday walk-in hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for sick visits. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. For complex visits that require more time, we may request that you schedule your appointment on a different day in order to give you the attention that is needed.

Same-Day Appointments

We also have same-day appointments available for sick visits. Please call the office early in the morning to schedule these appointments as they tend to fill up quickly. We do not accept walk-ins for same-day appointments. For complex visits that require more time, we may request that you schedule your appointment on a different day in order to give you the attention that is needed.

We ask that you arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Our goal is to see all patients on time, however, please know that on occasion our providers sometimes run behind due to the necessity of caring for other patients. If you are more than five minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. You may be asked to reschedule to another day and time.

At each appointment, please provide our staff with any updated insurance or contact information.  In addition, please always have your photo identification available.

Medication lists, including over-the-counter supplements, and lists of other specialists are always welcome.

New Patient Appointments

We are currently accepting new patients to the practice. If you don’t have health insurance and cannot afford self-pay, please visit Healthy Capital District Initiative (HCDI) at or call (518) 462-1459 for assistance in attaining health insurance.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We require 24 hours’ notice for a cancelled appointment. For appointments that are not cancelled within 24 hours, there may be a charge of $35.00. In addition, no-shows (missed appointments with no notice) will also result in a charge of $35.00. These charges must be paid prior to your next appointment. The Practice reserves the right to discharge patients who have multiple missed appointments or are consistently late.

Prescription Refills

The most efficient way to refill your prescription is to call your pharmacy. Your pharmacy will submit an electronic request to our office.

Prescription refills can only be made during the week. We cannot process refills on the weekend. We will make every attempt to fulfill your request as soon as possible, however, please allow us two business days in order to complete your request.

In some cases, we will not be able to fulfill your request for a prescription without an office visit.  In that case we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible.

Medical Records Request

Patients must complete and sign the Authorization for Release of Personal Health information form in order to request a release of records. This form can be found at our office or on this website under “New Patient Forms”.  The fee for release of medical records is $0.25 per page, not to exceed $25.00. If you need assistance, any of our reception staff can help you with this request when you call 518-435-1300.
