COVID-19 Info

To ensure the safety of all of our patients and staff, the following policies must be followed at all times while in the office.

  1. Effective April 17, 2024, masks are now required only for patients with symptoms of cold, flu or COVID.
  2. Our waiting room door will remain locked. Patients with appointments will be asked to call from their cars to check-in. For patients who are unable to do so, please ring the doorbell located outside of the waiting room, and our staff will assist you.
  3. Social distancing is required in all common areas of the office, including in the main building lobby.

If you are experiencing any of the above symptoms, please contact us to book your appointment. Staff will give you further direction upon your arrival. As above, you must call the office when you arrive to check in, as our waiting room remains locked.

Video Visits

If you would still prefer not to come into the office, we would be happy to schedule a video visit for you. Video visits are easy to arrange as long as you have access to a smartphone or computer. Once your video visit is scheduled, you will receive a link either by email, text, or both.

Saturday Hours

We are open from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. most Saturdays. Please call for an appointment

Patient Portal

It is important to the practice that all of our patients have access to the patient portal. With staffing shortages continuing, this is sometimes the best way to reach us. Please use the patient portal when appropriate to reach our office for any of your needs.

If you do not remember your login name, call our office and our staff will assist you. Please do not reset your portal as this will cause your access to freeze. If you do not remember your password, click “forgot password” and you will receive an email allowing you to reset your password.

Thank you for your patience during this time as we continue to do our best to manage your care and meet all of your needs.
