To ensure the safety of all of our patients and staff, we have implemented new policies that must be followed at all times while in the office.

  1. Masks are required at all times for all patients and staff. Masks must cover both your mouth and nose.
  2. Our waiting room door will remain locked. Patients with an appointment will be asked to call from their car to check-in. For patients who are unable to do so, please ring the doorbell located outside of the waiting room and our staff will assist you.
  3. Social distancing is required in all common areas of the office, including in the main building lobby.

Patients who are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 (cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, fatigue, body aches, congestion or runny nose, sore throat, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, headache, or a new loss of taste or smell) SHOULD NOT COME INTO THE OFFICE.

Please contact us either through the patient portal or by phone so that we may properly assess your case. Video visits are available in some cases.

COVID-19 Vaccine

We do not have the COVID-19 vaccine at this time and do not expect to carry it. Please do not call our office to ask about this. All patients should refer to the NYS Department of Health website regarding availability of the vaccine.

Video Visits

If you would still prefer not to come into the office, we would be happy to schedule a video visit for you if appropriate. Video visits are easy to arrange as long as you have access to a smartphone or computer. Once your video visit is scheduled, you will receive a link either by email, text, or both, depending on your preference. Click on the link at least 5 minutes before your appointment and wait for your provider to begin the visit. Your provider may not begin the visit right away if they are finishing another visit.

Saturday Hours

We are still open on Saturdays from 8:30 to 11:30 A.M. for video visits only.

Patient Portal

The patient portal is the preferred way to reach our office. Please use the patient portal to reach our office rather than the telephone.

The patient portal is activated for all new patients at their first appointment.

If you do not remember your login name, call our office and our staff will assist you. Please do not reset your portal as this will cause your access to freeze.

If you do not remember your password, click “forgot password” and you will receive an email allowing you to reset your password.
