Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Jenna Bernhardt, LCSW-R, is a licensed clinical social worker with 10 years of experience providing individual therapy in community settings. She earned her Master’s in Social work from SUNY Albany (2009). Prior to that, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Binghamton University (2007). Jenna has had experience helping all types of populations and has helped individuals on their journey of living meaningful lives.

Jenna has extensive training and expertise working with depression, anxiety, relational issues, trauma, psychosis, body image, and eating disorders. Jenna uses a person-centered approach in conjunction with cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma informed care, and strength based approaches to help individuals address their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors around their presenting stressors. Jenna hopes to provide a supportive environment for individuals to explore past, present, and future challenges and successes.
