New Policy re: Cancellations and No-Shows

Effective February 1, 2016, we have implemented a 24-hour notification policy for canceled visits.  For visits that are not canceled within 24 hours, there will be a charge of $35.00 which must be paid prior to the next visit.  In addition, no-shows (missing an appointment with no notice) will also result in a charge of $35.00 for the first missed appointment and $50.00 for any additional missed appointments.  Multiple missed appointments and late cancellations my result in discharge.
